Redmine a nice Ruby wiki for hosting projects

During some of the research that I’ve been doing lately I learned of Redmine, written in Ruby it is a popular Wiki application that is easy to extend, very clean and well written. From what I’ve seen with it, I am thinking of using it in the future as a base framework for some of my projects. Take a look at the PuppetLabs site, it was developed using Redmine.

While we are on the subject of Redmine and since I don’t want to make another post, I also want to include a link for Foreman, it is a web-based system that also runs on Redmine (i think), it is a frontend for Puppet and will allos you to manage your network of virtual machines entirely with code, giving you the ability to rebuild your infrastructure at anytime from scratch to the most recent precision detail.
